NHTSA Issues Takata Air Bag Recall

ASA DC Representative Bob Redding spoke today on a panel hosted by the American Car Rental Association (ACRA) to discuss the vehicle data access issue. Speaking before national car rental executives in a conference room in the U.S. Capitol, Redding shared ASA's position on right to repair, its track record of securing critical data access rights for repairers, and the path forward.
