President Trump released a Memorandum for the Administrator of the EPA today titled “Lowering the Cost of Living by Promoting the Freedom to Fix”.

The memorandum focuses on reducing regulatory barriers and directs the EPA to clarify what actions individuals may take on their own vehicles to conduct emission related repairs.
