International Trade Commission Investigation of Certain Vehicle Parts and Components

The EPA has downgraded aftermarket defeat devices on its list of top priorities. Last week, the agency released its National Enforcement Compliance Initiative list for 2024-2027. Aftermarket defeat devices had been on the list from 2020-2023. They are now classified as a standard "core" priority.
