Senators Warren and Markey Urge NHTSA to Reconsider Guidance on Mass Right-to-Repair Law

Last week, NHTSA sent a letter to OEMs instructing them not to comply with Massachusetts' new law because, they argued, it conflicts with the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act. Senators Warren and Markey dispute that interpretation.
