Filing an Insurer Complaint with
Your State Regulator
ASA has historically supported the consumers’ absolute, unequivocal right to choose a repair facility for a collision or mechanical repair. State governments provide a mechanism for consumers and repairers to report insurer concerns to their insurance regulatory agency.
If you or a vehicle owner chooses to file such a complaint, please visit your state’s insurance regulatory Web site for details on how to file the complaint.
By selecting your state from the menu below, you can obtain the contact information for your state’s insurance regulatory agency. There, you will find the address, phone number, Web site, and a direct link with instructions for filing a complaint in your state
