Morning Seminar: "Trust Me! Insights into Ethical Leadership"
In a business climate where corporate leadership is often under the ethics microscope, leaders are increasingly being challenged to find ways to deepen trust, foster collaboration and build customer loyalty. This program will help participants gain a clearer understanding of ethics, show how ethics is a key ingredient in business and personal success, and will provide practical ideas to help with difficult decisions.

AMI 6 CreditsAfternoon Seminar: "Taking the High Road - How to Succeed Ethically When Others Bend the Rules"
Problems and consequences attributed to poor ethical decisions can arise when ethical behavior is not defined, understood or demonstrated. This program features easy-to-understand definitions of ethics, guidelines for tackling difficult decisions, practical examples and a generous amount of humor; the result is an upbeat look at a key factor in long-term success.

Both classes earn six credits toward the
Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) designation.

ASA Taking the Hill Fly-In Testimonials

"Getting involved on the legislative front is very important in our industry. It is crucial for ASA shop owners to have as many people as possible to represent the issues that affect our day-to-day business. I considered it a privilege to be able to express my views and really feel like I was heard at ASA's Capitol Hill Fly-In."
Susan Martin, Mansfield, Ohio

"As ASA members and participants in the ASA Capitol Hill Fly-In, independent repairers have the ability to focus attention on issues fundamentally important to the industry. The fly-in unifies members and creates the strength in numbers needed to leave a lasting impression on a legislative level."
Eddie Ehlert, Chamblee, Ga.
