The Automotive Service Association (ASA) OnDemand Internet Privacy Policy Statement discloses how ASA protects the privacy of visitors to its Web site. Information collected by ASA

When installing ASA OnDemand, you will be asked to provide personal information. ASA uses this information for company purposes only.

If you are a prospective member installing ASA OnDemand, your information may be used as a recruitment tool. By supplying ASA with your postal address, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new benefit providers or upcoming events. Persons who supply ASA with their telephone numbers online may receive telephone contact from the association. Names and contact information of prospective members are stored in our central database but will not be sold to other companies.

For each visitor to our Web site, our Web server automatically recognizes the visitor's IP address, referring site URL, time and date. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movements, and gather demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Upon request, ASA can provide site visitors with access to all information that we maintain about them, unique identifier information (i.e. user name and password) that we maintain about them, communications that the member/visitor has directed to our site, and contact information that we maintain about them. Upon request, we offer visitors the ability to have contact information inaccuracies corrected. Membership Directory

All active ASA members are published in ASA OnDemand's Membership Directory. The directory can only be accessed by regular ASA members. Associate members do not have access to ASA members' contact information through the OnDemand product.
