Caribe Royale All-Suites Hotel and Convention Center. Each year, ASA members from across the nation gather together for management education, industry information and camaraderie with fellow members at ASA's Annual Convention. This year, attendees will continue that tradition by attending the newest addition to the convention agenda - a variety of Industry Impact sessions focusing on specific industry issues. The flexible schedule of presentations Saturday, May 2, will allow attendees to map out a schedule that best suits their business needs.

ASA Legislative Update

CARB Postpones Hearing on Cool Car Strategies
The California Air Resources Board (CARB) hearing to consider the Cool Cars and Test Procedures regulation of Assembly Bill 32 has been rescheduled for June 25-26. It was originally scheduled for March 26-27.
Assembly Bill 32 - the California Global Warming Solutions Act - was established in 2006 to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 2020. Click here for more information.
