"How's Your Business?" Survey in the Mail

Answer the question, "How's Your Business?" and you could win free registration to NACE or CARS!

AutoInc.'s annual survey was mailed recently to 1,500 randomly selected ASA mechanical and collision members. Return the survey by Sept. 19 in the postage-paid envelope, and you will be entered into a drawing for free registration for this year's NACE or CARS in Las Vegas. Results from this year's survey will be published in the December 2008 issue of AutoInc., and all respondents will remain anonymous.

ASA Legislative Update

OSHA Proposes New Respirator Noncompliance Regulation
OSHA has published a proposed regulation to amend the "Remedy for Violation of Requirements to Provide Personal Protective Equipment and Train Employees" regulation currently in place. The proposal clarifies that noncompliance with PPE and training requirements in health and safety standards may penalize an employer on a per-employee basis. Read more...
