Massachusetts Legislature Rejects So-Called ‘Right to Repair’ Legislation
On July 31, the Massachusetts legislature added Massachusetts to the growing list of states choosing not to enact the so-called “Right to Repair” legislation. Despite an all-out public relations and lobbying blitz by other organizations, the Massachusetts House chose not to act on the legislation before the session ended. Read more
