Feinstein Urges OIG Review of EPA Decision

ASA Releases Paint Regulation Compliance Summary for Members
ASA has developed an overview of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's newly published Auto Body Refinishing Regulation. The document, made available for members by the ASA Collision Division Operations Committee, addresses compliance questions for independent automotive repair shops in the United States that perform surface coatings. Arizona Legislators Urged to Eliminate Super Warranty
ASA is urging independent automotive repairers in Arizona to contact the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) and their state legislators in response to the proposal of a Clean Car Program in Arizona. The clean car standards proposed contain warranty provisions that ASA believes will have a long-term negative effect on Arizona independent automotive repairers. To read the full story, click here.
