Sharbrough Recognized As ASA Top Recruiter
Bedford, Texas, April 7, 1997-- Rick Sharbrough, AAM, Rick's Hi-tech Auto Care, in Katy, Texas, recruited 25 new members to the Automotive Service Association (ASA), earning him the association's top volunteer recruiter award for 1996. Sharbrough received this award during the ASA Annual Convention, held March 11-16, in Colorado Springs, Colo.
This award marks the fourth consecutive year that Sharbrough has led the association's volunteer recruiting efforts. He served on the ASA Mechanical Division Operations Committee for two years and was a member of ASA's Inspection and Maintenance (I/M) task force. He is also past president of the ASA-Houston/Harris County chapter and secretary/treasurer for ASA-Texas.
He is certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) and earned the Automotive Management Institute (AMI) Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) designation in 1993.
