Voting Opens for 2009 ASA Board Elections
BEDFORD, TEXAS, January 14, 2009 - Elections for the 2009 Automotive Service Association (ASA) national board of directors are being held through Feb. 28.
There are four candidates seeking election this year for two board positions. Running for general director (position one) are Diane K. Rodenhouse, Rodenhouse Body Shop Inc., Grand Rapids, Mich.; and T.J. Reilly, AAM, Same Day Auto Service, Clackamas, Ore. Running for general director (position two) are A. Carroll Proctor, A.C. Proctor's Paint & Body Inc., Augusta, Ga.; and Donny Seyfer, AAM, Seyfer Automotive Inc., Wheat Ridge, Colo.
All regular members in good standing with ASA are eligible to cast their vote for two positions of general director.
Casting a vote is done by calling a toll-free telephone number or visiting a secure voting site accessed from ASA's home page (www.ASAshop.org). Whether voting by phone or via the Internet, ASA members will need their member number plus a three-digit personal identification number to vote.
The voting line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Candidate bios and audio campaign messages are also available by visiting www.ASAshop.org.
