CARS Sells Out Exhibitor Showcase Space
BEDFORD, TEXAS, August 23, 2007 - The Automotive Service Association (ASA) has announced all available space for the 2007 CARS Exhibitor Showcase has been sold. CARS 2007 will be held Nov. 1-3 at the Flamingo Las Vegas. The event will provide attendees the opportunity to visit with more than 60 participating companies in the CARS Exhibitor Showcase, featuring the newest technologies, products and services available to automotive repair professionals.
"One of the most exciting parts of my job is working with the companies that exhibit at CARS. The showcase has grown each year and it is exciting to announce - especially this early - that exhibitor space is now sold out," said Robbie Addison, ASA's Mechanical Division manager. "Some companies have been with us from the beginning, and some are new to CARS this year. It is a great combination for CARS attendees."
Sponsored by ASA's Mechanical Division, CARS is held annually during Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week and is "the meeting place for automotive service and repair professionals." In addition to the exhibitor showcase, CARS will offer four management seminars, 12 technical training sessions, a legislative update by Bob Redding, ASA's Washington, D.C., representative, and a keynote presentation by Jones Loflin. CARS will also feature two receptions during the event, the Service Professionals Industry Reception, sponsored by iATN and ASA, and a Member Appreciation Reception. Attendees will be able to meet with exhibitors Thursday evening, Nov. 1, from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.; and Friday, Nov. 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Secure and convenient online registration is available at www.CARSonline.org. Complete details about the event, including course descriptions, instructor bios and the full CARS schedule, are also available on the CARS Web site. A faxable registration form can be downloaded from the site as well. If you have questions regarding CARS registration, call Carol Dennis, CARS housing and registration specialist, at (800) 272-7467, ext. 220. ASA members and nonmembers who sign up for the complete CARS registration package before the early-bird deadline Sept. 20 will have an opportunity to save money on their registration fees.
