ASA works with training facilities to ensure that the students who apply for technical jobs are adequately educated. These students must be able to cope with extraordinary demands made by advances in technology.

In order to maintain the Association's professional service goals, an Educational Membership is offered to any person actively engaged in training automotive service industry personnel. Educational Members are encouraged to join ASA and other participating industry groups in efforts to improve the quality of automotive service and the image of those employed in this important industry.

The Official ASA Membership Form, for educational membership, is available online for qualified automotive service educational institutions. ASA gives prospective educational members two easy ways to join the association:
