As a member of the Automotive Service Association (ASA) you are provided with many benefits. An important benefit is access to the "Members Only" section of the ASA Web site. The Members Only section includes a staff directory with monthly employee profiles, "This Just In" weekly updates on association and industry news, weekly updated summaries of state legislative and regulatory issues, the 2001 ASA Annual Report, automotive surveys, details of membership benefits and access to the News-Network electronic mailing list. Be sure to take advantage of the new Information Center with almost 7,000 abstracts focusing on such topics as business management, business statistics, career opportunities, legal issues, education/training and industry surveys. We are adding new information to the Members Only section regularly and welcome suggestions. All national members of ASA (regular, educational and associate) can enter the Members Only section by entering their ASA member number in both the name and password fields. Your member number is located in the upper left corner of your AutoInc. mailing label, directly above your name. When you click below to enter the Members Only section, a box will come up and ask you for your name and password. Type your ASA Member Number in both "Name:" and "Password:" fields. If you experience problems please call (800) ASA-SHOP (272-7467), ext. 234 or send e-mail to colbyh@asashop.org. Remember, you just need to type in your ASA member number into both fields.
