NACE Is Underway!
Welcome to the International Autobody Congress and Exposition '99. Welcome, also, to the NACE Online Daily News, the official online news source for the world's largest collision repair event. The Online Daily News is published by AutoInc. magazine and the Automotive Service Assocation (ASA), the sponsor of NACE.
The NACE Exposition kicks off tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. Kevin Caldwell, NACE '99 Chariman, will open the show. Taking the stage after Kevin will be Dr. Robert Gates, former director of the Central Intelligence Agency, to deliver the morning's keynote address. The Exposition doors will be opened at 10 a.m., immediately following Dr. Gates' keynote.
The Congress officially opened today and was highlighted by a number of jobber programs, AMI seminars, and I-CAR training courses. Tonight, NACE attendees will enjoy a private concert by Trisha Yearwood!
If you're attending NACE in person, please return to the official Online Daily often. We will be updating it constantly during the show. For those unable to attend this year's show, the Online Daily promises to deliver you the most complete, up-to-date coverage of NACE '99 available.
Again, welcome to NACE '99
Sincerely,
Ken Roberts, Vice President Communications
Automotive Service Assocation
