Flamingo Hilton Hotel

Flamingo Hilton Located on the famous four corners of the Las Vegas Strip, the Flamingo Hilton Hotel is one of the 10 largest hotels in the world. Many people consider the original Flamingo Hotel, built in 1946 by Benjamin "Bugsy" Siegel, as the predecessor to the modern commercial gaming in Las Vegas.

Among the hotel's attractions is a rose garden surrounded by lush ground and walk paths that take you on an expedition through live African penguins, pink flamingos, Mandarin ducks, and Koi fish swimming in ponds under three-story-high waterfalls. The Flamingo Hilton also offers tennis courts, swimming pools and a world-class health spa.

Hilton In the Flamingo Showroom, the Radio City Rocketts kick up their well-formed heels nightly, accompanied by singers and various performing artists. In the small Bugsy Celebrity Theater, Forever Plaid, the heartwarming tribute to the '50s, plays nightly.

Diners can choose from nine restaurants serving a variety of cuisine including Chinese, Italian and Japanese. There's also a good steak house, garden buffet, coffee shop, and deli.

Las Vegas average temperatures range from highs of 70 to lows of 45 in early November.
