CARS '98 Online Registration
If you haven't registered for CARS yet, but would still like to attend, on-site registration is available at the Alexis Park Resort and Spa in Las Vegas. Please call the ASA Meetings Department at (800) 272-7467 with specific questions.
Room Rates: Room rates for King Suite, Queen Suite or Double/Double Suite are $135 per night plus 9% Clark County Room Tax. A $147.15 deposit must accompany the housing form in order to guarantee your reservation. All room reservations guaranteed by credit card will be processed by Alexis Part Resort, not ASA. Room categories and non-smoking room requests are based on availability. Check in time is 4:00 p.m., check out time is noon.
Registration Specifics: ASA Member, ASA Spouse, ASA Employee and Non-Member paid full registration fees include: welcome party, breakfasts, general sessions, seminars, seminar materials, lunches, refreshment breaks, and Winner's Circle reception and Town Hall meeting on Sunday night.
Saturday or Sunday One-Day registrations includes: breakfast, general session, seminar, seminar material, refreshment breaks and lunch for the day of registration. Sunday One-Day does not include Winner's Circle reception and Town Hall meeting.
Food and Beverage tickets will be available to guests of paid full registration attendees only. These tickets can be purchased on site.
