Please complete the registration and housing portions of this form completely and forward to ASA's Meetings Department. Pay close attention to the payment portion of the form. Registration payment is payable to ASA, housing is payable to the Tropicana Hotel. Fees must accompany registration and housing form to be processed. Save a copy of registration/housing form, and policies for your records.

Housing Cancellation Policies: No refunds will be issued if the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival. ASA must receive your housing form and deposit no later than September 15, 2000. Reservations made after September 15, 2000, will be processed on rate and space availability.

Room Rates: Room rates are $69 per night for Sunday through Thursday nights and $119 for Friday and Saturday nights, plus 9% Clark County Room Tax, single or double occupancy. A deposit of $69 or $119 (depending on your arrival day) must accompany the housing form in order to guarantee your reservation. A $20 per person, per night charge will apply for more than two guests in a room. Children 18 and under may stay in parents room at no additional charge. The Tropicana Hotel, not ASA, will process all room reservations guaranteed by credit card. Room categories and non-smoking room requests are based on availability. Check in time is 3:00 p.m., check out time is 11:00 a.m. All housing requests should be sent to ASA, the hotel will not accept reservations directly. ASA will acknowledge receipt of your reservation. All changes should be made through ASA. ASA HAS BLOCKED A VERY LIMITED NUMBER OF ROOMS. THE ROOMS WILL BE SOLD FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE UNTIL ALL ROOMS IN BLOCK ARE SOLD.

CARS Registration Cancellations: A 75 percent convention registration refund will be processed if cancellation is received in writing and postmarked by September 15, 2000. After September 15, 2000, and before October 2, 2000, a 50 percent refund will be processed. No fees will be refunded after October 2, 2000. All requests for refunds must be made in writing. All refunds will be processed after the CARS Convention.

Registration Specifics: ASA Member, ASA Spouse/Shop Manager, Non-Member, and Non-Member Spouse/Shop Manager paid full registration fee includes: welcome party, continental breakfasts, general sessions, seminars, seminar materials, lunches, refreshment breaks, receptions and dinners. ASA Technician and Non-Member Technician registration fees include welcome party, continental breakfast, general session, lunches, refreshment breaks, receptions, dinners and choice of technical classes (this fee does not include AMI Seminars). To receive the spouse/shop manager and technician registration discount fee, a paid full member registration or a paid full non-member registration must be purchased from the same shop.

Friday and Saturday One-Day registration includes: continental breakfast, general session, seminars, seminar materials, refreshment breaks and lunch for the day of registration.

Food and beverage tickets will be available to guests of paid full registration attendees only. These tickets can be purchased on site.

Beside each badge name on the registration form is a number. Use this number to specify who is attending which function listed on form.

Special Services: If you require special services to attend the CARS Convention, check the space provided on the registration form. ASA will contact you concerning your needs.

Mailing Instructions: Return all completed forms and fees (ASA cannot bill you) to ASA, P. O. Box 929, Bedford, Texas 76095-0929, Attn: Meetings Department, or use the return envelope provided.
