The Internet, with its expansive content, has truly become a cultural phenomenon and an enormous part of our lives. The vast information and increased capabilities of the Internet have grown exponentially since its inception and continues to evolve on a daily basis. With its marketing techniques and e-commerce capabilities, the Internet is providing professionals in the automotive repair industry with new ways to run their businesses. The Internet continually delivers rich content and business solutions that can successfully be used by owners and personnel of automotive repair shops.

This is the third year AutoInc. has offered in-depth coverage of the Internet's influence on the automotive industry. In the pages that follow, AutoInc. features numerous automotive companies with a Web presence. In detailing specific services offered by these companies, we have focused on 10 general categories. In addition, we have included the specialty of each company - whether it caters to the mechanical (M) or collision (C) sectors of the industry. Companies that exclusively conduct business online are highlighted in blue throughout the directory. AutoInc. does not necessarily endorse the companies featured, but has included them as a benefit to our readers.

Due to the size of the files, the Dot-com Directory has been divided into five downloadable sections. The directory files are .pdf files for your convenience. Please download the file by clicking on the appropriate links from above. In order to view the charts, you must software that can read .pdf files.
