Each site is rated according to design, content, speed, navigation and innovation. The top 10 will be published in our January 2004 issue.
If you would like your shop's Web site to be included in the nomination process, please submit your Web address to colbyh@asashop.org by Nov. 12.
Beginning April 1, 2004, ASA will implement an all-inclusive membership format. All regular national members will be required to belong to an affiliate if one exists in their area. Likewise, all non-national regular members, in affiliated areas, will be required to belong to ASA national.
Each member will be billed accordingly based on their annual renewal date. ASA will be providing members with more information in the next several months.
Keeping up with the demands of electronic communication efforts, ASA recently launched a customer-interaction platform to better serve its members' needs. Within the Members Only area of the ASA Web site (www.asashop.org), members can now initiate instant messaging technology and chat with a representative from ASA's membership department, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Central time, with no software download needed.
With the click of a button, members are instantly connected with a representative who can provide information about ASA's 30-plus member benefits. This new system provides one-on-one communication and an immediate response to membership questions.
