Keynote Speakers

Friday Morning Keynote Address:
Future View: A Look Ahead • Daniel Burrus
Friday, December 8
9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

Daniel Burrus The new millennium - what does it hold for our future? Recent innovations in science and technology have provided us with a “new set of tools” to work with that greatly increase our productivity and efficiency in all areas of our lives. Knowing what these tools are, and how to apply them creatively, is rapidly becoming a matter of business survival and a key to personal success.

Daniel Burrus' keynote address, “Futureview: A Look Ahead,” will provide valuable insight into present and future applications for recent technological advances, empowering NACE attendees to positively influence their plans for the future. Burrus will give solid evidence supporting the view that change is opportunity as businesses learn how to integrate strategy, technology and people to gain the competitive advantage.

Burrus spoke at NACE '89 and received a standing ovation! He was “right-on-the-mark” with many of his forecasts. NACE 2000 welcomes him back to find out what's on the horizon for the collision repair industry.

The New York Times has referred to him as one of America's top three business “gurus” in the highest demand as a speaker.

Burrus is the founder and president of Burrus Research Associates Inc. Over the past 10 years, he has established a near perfect record of accurately predicting the future of technological change. He publishes the Technotrends' Newsletter and is the author of six books including Technotrends, which has been translated into over a dozen languages.

Tickets to attend the keynote address are included in member/nonmember Congress packages. Individual tickets are $20 per person.
