ASA-Kansas City Starts Information Line
The ASA-Greater Kansas City chapter introduced an automated line in December, allowing members to access information about monthly and business meetings, training events and a list of local associate members. The chapter set up the information line to better serve its members. Along with hearing the prerecorded messages, members may also request printed material through a fax-on-demand option. Sheri Hamilton, the chapter's business assistant, maintains the information line through an advanced computer software system.
