The 1953 Nash Healey roadster was a sport offering by one of the last independent car manufacturers in the United States and was direct competition to Chevrolet's new Corvette. The Nash had an overhead valve six-cylinder engine and a custom body built by Pinin Farina in Italy. It rode on a 102-inch wheelbase, had a three-speed transmission with overdrive, weighed in at 2,975 pounds, and was priced at more than $6,000. This particular car is owned by Gordon McGregor and was driven by Bill Holden and Audrey Hepburn in the movie, “Sabrina,” in 1954.
