AutoInc.'s 18th Annual Software Guide

AutoInc.’s 18th Annual Shop Management Software Guide gives an overview of the shop management software systems on the market and what features they offer. This year, 34 mechanical software companies and seven collision companies participated in the survey.

The survey was distributed by e-mail to various shop management software companies in the automotive service industry. For the first time, there were two versions of the survey – one for mechanical software providers and one for collision software providers – which was something many software companies had requested in the past. AutoInc. is pleased to report that with the assistance of a panel of reviewers comprised of representatives from various shop management software companies and the users of the shop management software, we were able to tailor the surveys more individually to the mechanical and collision software providers. AutoInc. would like to thank the companies and individuals who spent some time reviewing the survey and making suggestions.

Each year, the survey will undergo review to make sure it reflects the changing needs and technology always taking place in the automotive service and collision repair industries.
