By B.J. Frank Affiliates Announce New Member Benefits
ASA-Pennsylvania now offers affiliate members a low-cost first aid supply program. According to Jerry Schantz, ASA-Pennsylvania executive director, the benefit, offered by Arena First Aid, has shown a 20 percent to 30 percent savings on first aid products in comparisons with other suppliers. From first aid products to shop supplies, ASA affiliates continually work for their members. ASA-Florida now provides its affiliate members with a sizable discount on uniforms, shop towels and related items used in automotive service facilities. The affiliate selected National Uniform Service, a national company that operates more than 150 service centers, as the benefit provider.
"We are very pleased to announce this new relationship with National Uniform Service," said Debi Conde, ASA-Florida president. "We believe that most members will save more on this one member benefit than the cost of dues. I've done a lot of shopping around for uniforms for my own shop and nobody can come close to the price that ASA-Florida has negotiated for its members."
