Mechanical and Collision Divisions Forum

The operations committees of both the ASA Mechanical and Collision divisions invite you to join in on a discussion about parts quality.
The forum will explore the changing parts market, including global sourcing issues.
Parts quality as it relates to estimates, repair orders, insurers and other business partners will also be discussed.
Other key topics of discussion may include part specification labeling, part certification, warranty problems, return policies and the effects on quality when a parts supplier changes manufacturers.
The joint effort of the divisions in addressing and improving parts quality requires your participation and input. Plan now to attend this open forum and help shape the future of ASA and your industry.

Lunch with the ASA Board of Directors

ASA members are welcome and encouraged to share lunch with your board of directors and hear
an overview of the association's initiatives and its many successes over the past year during the
annual State of the Association address, presented by Ron Pyle, ASA president and chief staff
executive. Stay for the board meeting and take part in the governance of your association.
