Mechanical and Collision Divisions Forum
Thursday, May 3, 3 p.m. - 5 p.m.
During the 2007 Annual Convention, ASA's Mechanical Division will discuss numerous issues that directly impact the daily operations and profitability of independent automotive service businesses. The key issues to be addressed by the Mechanical Division will be shop licensing, 15-year/150,000-mile warranties (commonly referred to as "super warranties"), telematics, recruitment and training.
ASA's Collision Division will also address a number of issues affecting today's collision repair professionals. Key topics will include blending and paint cap issues, third-party auditing, direct repair program relationships and costs, and remanufactured and reconditioned parts issues.
You will also help shape the future of ASA by being asked for your input and opinions to develop strategies to overcome the challenges we all face each day. The best way to get involved is to commit to participate and share ideas with each other. So, for the benefit of your future, your customer's future and the future of the association, come and provide direction in this open-format forum. Plan now to attend this forum as we discover opportunities for your success!
