There is no one leadership style. Effective leaders embrace many different methods. This session will help you identify your leadership styles, including the ways in which you gather information and focus attention, how you sort information and make decisions, and how you act on information.

Patrick Donadio says there are four basic leadership behavior styles. Once you understand your own style, you can learn how to work more effectively with others in your environment. You will gain insight into the different styles of those who work around you, and you will learn how to more effectively lead each different style by blending your style with others.

This program is designed to teach you the four personality styles and how they affect everyday leadership and communications. Patrick believes in trainee involvement, and uses group discussions, exercises, real-life examples and planning time to put these principles into action.
