The purpose of the Refinish Subcommittee is to address areas relating to the refinish process of collision repair. Currently, ASA has established contacts with the major paint vendors and information providers to address refinish issues such as Blend within a panel and Feather, Prime and Block. ASA also has representatives working with the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) in the manufacturing standards process.
