Don't miss the Automotive Service Association's 2005 Annual Business Meeting April 20-23 at the Renaissance Worthington Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas. Be in the driver's seat of your association during this information-packed event.
This year's gathering will once again be shorter and more business-oriented than those of years past. Wednesday, April 20, will include lunch and an afternoon orientation and "brainstorm" session for Affiliate Assembly delegates. Thursday will be the continuation of the Affiliate Assembly delegates' brainstorm session, as well as an affiliate executive directors meeting and the AMI trustees meeting. Friday's agenda includes a six-credit AMI course, The Rewards and Challenges of a Family-Owned Business, presented by Mike Henning. Friday will also include the ASA Executive Committee meeting and the ASA Affiliate Assembly meeting. Saturday, April 23, wraps up the event and includes the ASA board of directors meeting and a luncheon showcasing a swearing-in ceremony for the board and a State of the Association address by Ron Pyle, ASA president and chief staff executive. During the closing luncheon, Geralynn Kottschade, AAM, ASA chairman, will pass the gavel to Denny Kahler, AAM, chairman-elect. |
